With a great company name (Editorial Emergency) and tagline ("Word Nerds for Hire"), how do you visually represent them? Typewriters, quill pens, and dictionaries were not an option. But nerdy Clark Kent glasses and zany B&W graphics were. I came up with the idea of taking my client's leather jacket and decorating it with custom pins that I designed, which advertised their biz without looking obnoxious. I photographed the concept for their website as well. Within one week of launching it, they booked a new client, who specifically said that the website design won them over.
